Building Our Homes on Godly Principles – The Calling of Christian Wives and Consecrated Widows

Graciously guided by Evangelist Dr. Shamarian Smith-Love, Christian wives and consecrated widows will pray with emboldened authority from discernment of The Holy Scriptures, to embrace their calling from God, one of a sacred and noble role within the covenant of marriage based on the foundational scripture in Proverbs 14:1 and Ifiijan (Ephesians) 5:22-25, a role that reflects the covenant between Christ and His church.

Using a profound compilation of Christian scriptures, each accompanied by a succinct, exegetical interpretation, Evangelist Dr. Shamarian Smith-Love prays for Christian wives who intercede fervently for the salvation of their husbands and entrust their marital covenants to the Divine Will of Yahweh.

Rooted in the reverence of the sacred texts, we, as Christian consecrated widows, will pray using God’s Word from The Holy Scriptures, discerning Biblical truths of spiritual renewal and restoration, the sacred duty of building Adonai’s kingdom through marital unity, and offer heartfelt praise to Our Risen Savior for the blessing of our God-fearing husband.

With elegance and clarity, this collection of prayers and scripture studies serve as a spiritual compass, guiding Christian women in prayerful surrender and steadfast devotion, fostering restoration and divine blessing within the covenant of Christian marriages.

A Joyful Christian Marriage (Audio)

And suddenly there was a great earthquake, so that the foundations of the prison were shaken: and immediately all the doors were opened, and every one’s bands were loosed.
— Aks (Acts) 16:26

Elohim, we thank You for confirming Your Sovereignty in Maak (Mark) 8:29. Thank you for your example of exercising forgiveness in Aizaiya (Isaiah) 43:18-19 Lord Jesus. Heavenly King, instead of rehashing the past with our husbands, we want to seek Your Will for renewed sight toward the goal of a healthy marriage, free of confusion as is promised in Ifiijan (Ephesians) 1:18-19. We have learned to reevaluate our tone when conversing with our husbands based on Your decree in 1 Piita (Peter) 1:6-7 Lord Jesus. Thank you Jesus for Ruoman (Romans) 8:28 as it serves as an encouraging reminder that Your purpose is anointed with clarity, not calamity, blessed peace, never even an ounce of pain. Adonai, we thank you for empowering our marriage in Proverbs 29:18. Thank you for teaching us to see past the uncertainty of today and instead view the future of our marriage as one anointed with an abundance of joy based on the promise that You, Lord Jesus, outlined in Iibruu (Hebrews) 11:1. Thank you Lord Jesus for reminding us that we must see our husband as You see him because You have created him to be a masterpiece according to Ifiijan (Ephesians) 2:10. Elohim, we thank you for Your Word in 2 Korintiyan (Corinthians) 5:7 for it reminds us to honor our husbands with prayers of faith, speaking the truth of 1 Piita (Peter) 5:11 that proclaims that enemy has no power over marriage because You, Heavenly King, have authority over our lives. El Roi, we seal this prayer by faith in the anointed promise of Aks (Acts) 16:26. Father God, we rest our faith on the truth that our marriage is liberated from bondage when we call on Your Name. Lord Jesus, we thank you for the example of Holy Liberty Found In Your Word, and as such, we exercise the right to free our marriage from anguish, despair, and any other futile attack of the enemy based on Your Decree in Luuk (Luke) 12:4. We claim peace in our homes In the Name of Jesus. We speak against spiritual warfare and call our legacy blessed In the Name of Jesus. We thank you Adonai and we call it done In the Name of Jesus. To God be the glory both now and forever, Amen.

I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.
— Filipiyan (Philippians) 3:14

Thank you Jehovah Shammah for blessing marriages – marriages that are already formed and those that are ordained to come. We thank you Heavenly King for validating our vows according to Aizaiya (Isaiah) 9:6 because You are our Wonderful Counselor, Lord Jesus. El Roi, we thank you for directing our paths that led us under the covering of our husbands according to Proverbs 16:9. Gyalieshan (Galatians) 5:25 teaches us to seek guidance from You Holy Spirit, and we thank you for discerning our thoughts and aligning our words to follow Your Will in 1 Piita (Peter) 3:1-2, so that our quiet demeanor ushers Your glorious grace and miraculous wisdom in our husbands’ minds and hearts. We thank you, Jehovah Nissi, for Your Holy Word that declares, proclaims, and guarantees in Proverbs 18:22 that our husbands are ordained by You Jehovah Jireh. Thank you Heavenly Father for teaching us to pray for our husbands’ countenance, peace, and to pray against emasculating him by unknowingly bringing the spirit of conflict in our homes as is forewarned in Proverbs 21:9, Proverbs 25:24, and Proverbs 27:15. Jehovah Rophe, we thank you for Your Word in Gyalieshan (Galatians) 5:25 that admonishes the importance of prioritizing our marriage by aligning our will with Your Word. The Word speaks, “since it is through the Spirit that we have Life, let it also be through the Spirit that we order our lives day by day.” Thank you Holy Ghost for preparing our minds to embody patience and our hearts to exude peace, for these qualities are essential to preserving the infrastructure of our God ordained marriage as it is confirmed in Proverbs 14:1. We surrender the spirit of desperation and restore our faith in Your Word Adonai. We thank you Elohim for interceding by way of The Holy Spirit to lead our husbands to us. We thank you for declaring your holy edict in 1 Jan (John) 5:14 that we should rejoice for continued blessings in our marriage and commit to adhering to Your Holy Word to govern our marriage. El Roi, we seal this prayer by faith in Filipiyan (Philippians) 3:14 and thank you El Roi for strengthening our relationship with You Elohim, so that our marriage will be blessed with a heavenly closeness, an anointed covering of comfort, protection, provision completely prepared by You Wise and Holy King. In the Blessed Name of Jesus we pray, Amen.
